Tom Lawlor has officially set the stage for a heated clash at MLW War Chamber.
In a video posted to the MLW YouTube channel, the former MLW World Heavyweight accepted the Von Erich’s challenge to a match in the War Chamber.
“Marshall, Ross, my old brothers, you know normally, I think you guys are dumb, you’re idiots, you’re morons, but I’m gonna give you credit,” said Lawlor. “You’re right, you’re right about one thing. And that is this feud between your family and me, it has gone on long enough. You guys wanna fight in the War Chamber? You wanna fight inside of a steel cage, the place that I’ve done my work for the last 20 years? Let’s go for it buddies.”
Lawlor then threatened to “end” the Von Erich’s legendary name in this bitter battle that could end what has been a lengthy feud between the two sides.
“I’ve got no problem having one last tangle with my old friends because it’s gonna be the last time that you hear that Von Erich name. How fitting will it be that two years ago, we ended a feud with CONTRA in that very War Chamber and now two years later, I’m gonna put an end to the Von Erich name in their own backyard. And it’s gonna be a sad, sad day when Kevin has to lay you two to rest along with the Von Erich name. Let’s get filthy, boys.”
It’s currently unknown who the Von Erichs will bring to battle in this war with Lawlor and Team Filthy.
MLW War Chamber will be held as a taping for MLW Fusion in the NYTEX Sports Centre in Dallas/Fort Worth on September 11.
