ROH Wrestling Results (7/26/21): Dalton Castle, PCO And Flip Gordon In Action

Sledge vs. PCO

Before the match, Sledge promises to ground PCO in this bout, and PCO says Sledge will “Rest in Hell.” The two powerhouses square off at the beginning of the contest, and Sledge shoves PCO. The former ROH World Champion takes Sledge down and punches him. Sledge returns the favor and drills the big man with some strikes in the corner. PCO and Sledge trade blows, and “The French Frankenstein” hits a Russian Legsweep and a headbutt for a two count.

Two running splashes in the corner squash Sledge, but “The Metalhead Maniac” fires up with a flurry of offense. PCO regains control of the match, but the competitors exchange stiff blows again. Sledge suplexes PCO over his head, but “The French Frankenstein” sits right up. PCO clobbers Sledge and body-checks him. Both men go for a chokeslam, and PCO dumps Sledge to the outside. PCO hits a running senton through the ropes. The former world champion hits his signature diving senton on the apron.

PCO drives Sledge back-first into the barricade, but he has a battery failure. He grabs his head, and Sledge capitalizes by dropping PCO with a running big boot. Sledge shoves the referee while the two rivals brawl outside of the ring, and the official calls for the bell.

Winner via disqualification: PCO

PCO and Sledge keep fighting until security eventually separates them. In an interview, Sledge says he held his own with PCO, but this war isn’t over yet.

Dalton Castle vs. Eli Isom vs. Dak Draper

In a pre-match promo, Draper says he’s looking for titles, prestige and attention. He blames Castle and Isom for the trio’s loss at ROH Best in the World and says everything is easier for a guy like him. Isom says he should have known that Castle and Isom were going to try something at ROH Best in the World, and he’s done with this. He vows to teach them that you don’t made a fool out of him. Finally, Castle says Isom and Draper ruined everything at ROH Best in the World.

Castle takes the fight to his opponents right away, but Draper clotheslines him over the ropes. Isom dives over the ropes and takes Draper down. Castle drills Isom with a running knee to the head and drops him with a suplex. Draper sends Castle head-first into the ring post and floors Isom with a flapjack. Isom suplexes Draper and plants Castle with a suplex, too.

Draper slams Isom to the mat, but Casle suplexes him over his head. Isom shows his impressive strength by suplexing Castle, but Draper rocks him with a big boot. Draper sends Castle crashing into the barricade. Isom hits a spinning side suplex on Draper for a two count. Isom dives onto Draper outside the ring. Castle throws a chair at Isom and practically knocks him out. Castle tells Draper to do something about it, and Draper hits Isom with the Magnum KO for the win while The Boys watch.

Winner: Dak Draper

Castle celebrates as if he has won the bout before he walks away. Draper is about to give Isom a participation ribbon, but he throws it away and shakes Isom’s hand instead.
