Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro
Cesaro catches Rollins in midair for a tilt a whirl backbreaker. Crossbody by Cesaro. Rollins gets frustrated and rolls out of the ring by Kevin Owens’ who is on commentary. After the break, Rollins slams Cesaro’s face into the announce desk. Rollins whips Cesaro into the ring steps. Rollins works over Cesaro. Cesaro fires up and lands a few uppercuts. Alpamare Waterslide by Cesaro. Rollins kicks out. Alpamare Waterslide goes up top. Rollins hops up top and hits a superplex. Rollins tries to transition into a falcon arrow but Cesaro hits a suplex of his own. Cesaro and Rollins crash out of the ring. After the break, Cesaro lands the Swiss death uppercut. Rollins kicks out. Rollins “accidentally” rips off the top turnbuckle pad. Rollins rannas Cesaro into the exposed turnbuckle. Cesaro’s head is busted open. Ripcord elbow by Rollins. Cesaro falls out of the ring. Rollins sends Cesaro into the barricade and the announce desk. Cesaro is almost counted out. Rollins hits another ripcord elbow. Rollins DDTs Cesaro on the ramp. Cesaro is almost counted out again. Cesaro gets back in the ring at 9.8. Rollins eventually lands a stomp for the win.

Backstage, Jimmy tries to barge into Edge’s locker room. Jey stops him and tells him to wait for Edge to come out. Jimmy gets frustrated and storms in. Edge isn’t in there.
Backstage, Rollins gloats about winning his way into MITB. Rollins says maybe he won’t wait this time when he wins MITB. Maybe he’ll cash in at MITB. Rollins says he should be facing Reigns at MITB. Edge is standing behind him. Edge calls Rollins soft. Edge is going to go do something Rollins would never do: call out Reigns.
In-Ring Segment: Edge
Edge says he doesn’t care how many minions Reigns has. Edge had exposed the cracks in the table. Edge says he’s going to choke out anyone who gets in his way. Backstage, Reigns and Co are watching. Edge is going to take the Universal Championship at MITB. It’s real simple, Edge is calling Reigns out right now. Backstage, Reigns tells the Usos to stay in the back. Reigns is going to do this himself. Reigns tells Heyman to hold onto the Universal Championship for him. Reigns walks down to the ring. Jey tells Jimmy that something doesn’t feel right. Jimmy asks if he thinks it may be a trap. Jimmy and Jey join Reigns on the ramp. Reigns looks annoyed. Reigns tells Jimmy and Jey he’s going to handle this on his own.
Reigns gets in the ring. Edge and Reigns exchange blows. Edge backs back Reigns in the corner. Rey and Dominik Mysterio hit the ring and attack the Usos with chairs. Edge drops Reigns with a DDT. Edge calls for the Spear. Jey holds his leg. Jimmy superkicks Edge. Dominik hits a double 619 on Jimmy and Jey. Edge Spears Jey. Edge breaks another chair. Edge tells Rey to hold Jey. Edge puts Jey in the crossface using the broken chair leg. Reigns watches from the stage as Jey screams in pain. Edge yells for Reigns to come save his cousin. Reigns doesn’t budge. Edge puts Jimmy in the crossface using the chair piece. Edge goes back and forth between both Usos, torturing them with his vicious submission hold.
