There are some new details about fan attendance tonight at the WWE Performance Center for NXT TakeOver: In Your House courtesy of both Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer and Fightful.
WWE will reportedly be allowing over 300 fans into the CWC for tonight’s PPV when they were previously only letting in about 80 people. An interesting detail provided by Dave Meltzer is that fans will not be allowed to park in the immediate vicinity of the CWC due to capacity issues. The building was never intended to be used for events of this nature and therefore there is a lack of parking available. Fans will reportedly be asked to park at Full Sail University, where NXT used to hold their TV shows in the past. A bus will then be picking them up to transport them.
Meltzer said “They will not allow anyone to park there. They told everyone to go to Full Sail and then they will take them by bus to the Performance Center. I just found out this morning that they have told everyone if they want to go to TakeOver to go to Full Sail and then we’ll take you by bus to the Performance Center.
Fightful is reporting that WWE has completely removed nearly all COVID-19 protocols from the venue. COVID-19 testing is no longer required to attend the show, but WWE has asked those invited to stay home if they’ve tested positive in the last 14 days, or has been in contact with somebody who has. It is also reported that social distancing and mask protocols have also been lifted.
It looks as if NXT may be completely returning to their normal operations pre-pandemic, but in the WWE PC for the time being.
