Salina de la Renta makes her departure official.
Salina posted the following statement on Friday, confirming she is leaving Major League Wrestling due to her contract being up. She was written off of Wednesday’s show after Dario Cueto debuted and “sacrificed” her as part of the ongoing Azteca Underground storyline.

PWInsider.com reported MLW opted to finish things up with Salina and she will not be returning going forward. POST Wrestling’s John Pollock later reported that Court Bauer confirmed the end of the Salina de la Renta character in an interview, stating the following: “I think the character deserved a big prominent focus and a great send-off in the last scene of this era of MLW.”
