Jey Uso Helps Roman Reigns Beat Edge And Daniel Bryan At WrestleMania 37

“The Tribal Chief” still has a firm grasp on the WWE Universal Championship.

In the main event of WWE WrestleMania 37 Night Two, Roman Reigns successfully defended the WWE Universal Championship against Edge and Daniel Bryan.

Jey Uso quickly got involved by superkicking both Edge and Bryan. “The Rated R Superstar” sent Uso into the steel steps and took the fight to Reigns. He tossed Reigns around ringside and bounced him off the steel steps.

To take him out of the equation, Edge dropped Uso with a DDT onto the steel steps. The medical team then escorted Uso to the back. Edge and Bryan battled for a few minutes, but Reigns took control of the match. Edge countered a Superman Punch into a DDT, but Reigns fired back with a successful Superman Punch. Edge and Reigns then collided in mid-air when they both went for a Spear.

Bryan capitalized by hitting Edge with a diving headbutt. He then blasted both of his opponents with “Yes!” kicks. Bryan blasted Edge with a running Knee and stomped Reigns’ face. He then trapped Reigns in the “Yes!” Lock, but Edge broke it up. “The Yes! Man” locked in his signature submission on Edge, but Reigns broke the hold and hammered Bryan with stiff blows. With the crowd booing his every move, Reigns powerbombed Bryan through the broadcast table. But Reigns took to long to gloat, so Edge floored him with a Spear.

Back in the ring, Edge locked Reigns in a Crossface and used a piece of a steel chair to wrench it in. But at the last second, Bryan stopped Reigns from tapping out. He put Reigns in the Crossface while Edge’s hold was still in place. Bryan and Edge then battled each other after they let Reigns go.

Edge caught Bryan with a Spear out of nowhere, and he dropped Reigns with one, too. But Bryan pulled the referee out of the pin to stop the three count. Clearly frustrated, Edge grabbed a steel chair and blasted Bryan and Reigns with it.

“The Rated R Superstar” blasted Bryan with a sickening Con-Chair-To, but Uso returned and helped Reigns gain the advantage. Reigns blasted Edge with a Con-Chair-To of his own. He then dragged Edge onto Bryan’s body and pinned them both to win the match.
