The Hurt Business isn’t booming; it has imploded.
This week’s episode of WWE RAW completed the breakup, as Cedric Alexander stepped up to WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and faced him in a singles match.
A few minutes prior to the match, Alexander confronted MVP and told him he’s rooting against Lashley at WWE WrestleMania 37.

Before the bel rang, Shelton Benjamin and Alexander attacked their former stablemate, hoping to gain the upper hand. But Lashley threw Benjamin out of the ring, so the match officially began. “The All Mighty” easily overpowered Alexander and tossed him around the ring.
Eventually, Alexander rallied with a brief flurry of offense, but Lashley quickly squashed it. A distraction from Benjamin gave Alexander an opening, and he dove onto Lashley outside the ring.

In the end, Lashley earned the decisive win when he put Alexander in the Hurt Lock. The WWE Champion then locked Benjamin into the hold and stood tall to send a message to Drew McIntyre.
