Indie star turned NXT UK signee Ben Carter debuted a new name today.
The British wrestler is now going as Nathan Frazer. “Big changes are coming,” wrote Frazer. “I’ve got a new story to write and it looks nothing like my last.” While the move might have been done for typical trademark reasons, WWE already applied for a “Ben Carter” trademark, which indicates this wasn’t the original plan.

Frazer debuted on NXT UK late last year and immediately was vaulted into the cruiserweight title picture as he took on Jordan Devlin. While he came up short, Frazer managed to impress in the match and earned the locker room’s respect. In a promo during today’s episode of NXT UK, Frazer declared he’s looking for the belt.
