Xi Li w/Boa vs. Kayden Carter

Carter is all over Li as the match start. Cartwheel kick by Carter. Li fires up. Kacy Catanzaro limps down to the ring on crutches. Li takes control. Catanzaro hits Li with the crutch to cause a disqualification.

Winner- Xi Li

Catanzaro continues to whip Li with the crutch. Boa gets in the ring and takes the crutch from Catanzaro and breaks it. Tian Sha motions to Boa to crush Catanzaro. Carter hits Boa in the back with the other crutch. Catanzaro and Carter escape.

During a taped segment, Jordan Devlin says he could use a change of scenery. The biggest Takeover wouldn’t be right if it didn’t feature the REAL Cruiserweight Champion. Devlin’s travel ban was lifted today, so next week he is coming to see Santos Escobar. The camera pans out and Devlin is at the airport.

Backstage, Escobar yells at Regal about Devlin challenging him. Escobar tells Wilde and Mendoza to go out for their match. Escobar has to take care of this.

Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Legado del Fantasma

On the way to the ring, Gibson calls Mendoza and Wilde Esocbar’s puppets. The Astronauts from last week walk out on the stage. As Drake is distracted, Mendoza rolls up Drake for the win.

Winners- Legado del Fantasma

The astronauts remove their helmets and it’s MSK. GYV tries to attack MSK but Lee and Carter use their helmets as weapons to hold off GYV. Lee smashes Gibson’s hand with the astronaut helmet. Mendoza and Wilde stand in the ring laughing. Breezango hits the ring and attacks them from behind. Breezango clears the ring. MSK and Breezango dance in the ring.

Backstage, Gonzalez and Kai complain about losing the tag titles. Gonzalez says it doesn’t matter if it was for a few hours or weeks they are the first champions. Io Shirai walks in and steps to Gonzalez. Shirai says she wants Gonzalez next. Gonzalez tells Shiari to be careful what she wishes for.
