Billie Kay initially sat at ringside instead of entering the match. After Fox entered the match, R-Truth and the WWE 24/7 Champion contenders came to the ring. Fox pinned Truth to win the WWE 24/7 Championship. Truth pinned her to regain the title when she got eliminated
Jax and Baszler attacked Natalya on her way to the ring. They entered the ring, though they had been eliminated. The final four competitors were Belair, Natalya, Ripley and Flair. With the win, Belair broke Natalya’s record for the longest time spent in a Women’s Royal Rumble Match.
