The inaugural All Elite Wrestling Women’s Champion Riho will return soon to the promotion.
The former champ hasn’t wrestled in All Elite Wrestling since March 18, 2020, and hasn’t been able to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, during tonight’s AEW Dynamite, it was announced that Riho will face NWA Women’s Champion Serena Deeb in the AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Tournament. This will give both Riho and Deeb a clear path towards a potential title shot against Hikaru Shida.
