Intercontinental Championship Match: Big E (c) vs. Apollo Crews
As soon as the bell rings Crews charges in and gets belly-to-belly suplexes by Big E. Crews rolls out to the apron. Big E lands a splash on the apron. Crews surprises Big E with an enziguri. Pump kick by Crews. Crews gets a near fall after a standing moonsault. Crews German suplexes Big E multiple times. Big E elbows his way out of the last German. Crews charges in again and runs right into a uranage in the corner. Crews lands a moonsault outside of the ring. Crews goes up top but Big E cuts him off. Big E attempts a superplex but Crews fights out of it. Big E hits the canvas hard. Outside the ring, Zayn uncuffs himself. Back in the ring, Crews lands a missile dropkick. Zayn hits the ring and Helluva Kicks Crews to cause a disqualification.
Winner- Apollo Crews
Zayn blasts Big E with the Helluva Kick.
Owens sent in a videotaped statement. Owens reveals that Reigns had him barred from the building. Owens says it doesn’t matter. At The Rumble, Reigns won’t be able to pull any strings.
Backstage, The Street Profits ask Sonya Deville for their rematch against Ziggler and Roode. Deville says they definitely deserve a rematch, but since Ford isn’t 100% it wouldn’t be smart to put him in the ring just yet. Deville says they should just hang out backstage and do their funny stuff and when Ford is 100% they can get back in the game. Ford and Dawkins begrudgingly agree. Dawkins gives Deville a fruit basket.
