In the main event of WWE RAW Legends Night, Drew McIntyre defended the WWE Championship against Keith Lee. “The Limitless One” earned the opportunity when he defeated Sheamus on the final WWE RAW of 2020. Both powerful stars exchanged thunderous blows throughout the match. Early on, Lee Pounced the champion over the ringside barricade. The challenger controlled the match and seemingly overpowered the champion.

McIntyre rallied by suplexing Lee. But the challenger countered a Claymore and slammed McIntyre for a two count. McIntyre then powerbombed Lee through the broadcast table. Later in the match, McIntyre dropped Lee with a Future Shock DDT for a near fall. Lee hit a stunning Spanish Fly for a near fall. But McIntyre countered a Spirit Bomb, and he hit a Claymore for the win.

After the match, McIntyre was confronted by none other than Goldberg. The former WCW and WWE Champion said McIntyre looks at the legends as if they are washed up and challenged the current champ to a match at the Royal Rumble. McIntyre scoffed at the idea and said that it “would be like fighting my own dad, mate.” Goldberg took offense at this and pushed McIntyre to the ground as RAW went off the air.
