“The Queen” Charlotte Flair hoped to earn some revenge when she faced Nia Jax this week. Jax injured Flair on an episode of WWE RAW back in June, and she returned at WWE TLC earlier this month. Before her match with Flair, Jax, alongside Shayna Baszler, officially entered the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble Match. Asuka and Baszler accompanied their respective partners to the ring. Early on, Jax overpowered “The Queen.”

But Flair rallied and sent Jax to the outside. Asuka took down Baszler at ringside, but Jax sent Flair head-first into the turnbuckle. A distraction from Baszler nearly helped Flair roll up Jax, but “The Irresistible Force” kicked out. Baszler locked Flair in the Kirifuda Clutch when she put Jax in the Figure-Four. Asuka and Flair then stared down Jax and Baszler, as it’s clear that there’s still some bad blood between these teams.
