Rhea Ripley Accepts Io Shirai’s Challenge
During tonight’s episode of NXT, Io Shirai popped up in a brief promo in which she called out Rhea Ripley, challenging the superstar to a match for the NXT Women’s Championship. In the promo, Shirai said that she’s not afraid of Rhea or of nightmares, and said that she wanted to face off one-on-one against Ripley to show her just how much better she is. It’s unknown when the match will take place, but after defeating Raquel Gonzalez at Halloween Havoc, Ripley will no doubt be ready for another title opportunity.

North American Championship Match Set For Next Week
After taking down Damian Priest to become the newest NXT North American Champion, Johnny Gargano is already prepared to put his belt on the line. In a brief segment shown during tonight’s NXT, Gargano was seen playing a board game with the mysterious figure in a Ghostface mask that helped him win the title last week. In the segment, Gargano said that he always loved wheels, and was prepared to defend his championship next week, although there’s no information on just who will be facing Gargano just yet.
