It was announced during NXT TakeOver XXX that NXT UK would be resuming filming in the studios of BT Sport in London, England with a comeback date set for 9/17. Speaking with Metro, Triple H praised the setup at BT Sport’s studios and revealed long-term plans for NXT UK to film there.

“It’s an amazing facility. The intent is for us to be able to in there long-term to be able to create this content, and I think if later down the line, we get to a place where fans can come in – obviously we’d be thrilled and excited.”

Several NXT UK Superstars were named as taking part in misconduct. Ligero was released from NXT UK shortly after allegations surfaced about him. So far, he is the only Superstar exclusive to NXT UK to be released by WWE publicly. Jack Gallagher, who was competing on 205 Live, was also released following allegations.

Triple H opened up and discussed how seriously WWE takes all of the allegations that are put forth and why he’s open need to start NXT UK as a preventive measure for this kind of behavior.

Part of this is why we started [NXT UK] in the first place – to professionalize and put that system into place where everyone can feel safe and protected and have a working environment that is inclusive of everyone and the opportunity to do what we do,” said Triple H. “We take every allegation very seriously, and you can refer back to our policy. It’s zero tolerance for things of this manner. We look into everything. We look into it, we go from there to see what is legitimate, what is not, what is real, what isn’t, and deal with it accordingly.”

WrestleZone will continue to monitor everything leading up to the return of NXT UK and report all updates regarding the brand’s comeback as they are made available.
