WWE Champion Drew McIntyre kicked off WWE RAW this week. The previous night, the Scottish Psychopath defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE Championship. McIntyre asked for a thumbs up from the fans to celebrate the first WWE RAW in the ThunderDome. The champion reflected on his victory and said he always steps up and works hard. McIntyre said Orton may be the best, but the better man won at WWE SummerSlam.

The champion said he’s open to facing Orton again so he can give him a Claymore. Orton attacked McIntyre from behind, and the fight spilled backstage. Orton then punted McIntyre twice.
