Rey Mysterio returned to WWE RAW this week and said he’s been in pain since he lost the Eye for an Eye match at WWE Extreme Rules. Mysterio said watching Seth Rollins and Murphy beat his son last week made him furious. The legendary superstar said he wanted to protect his son. “I may not be fully recovered from the eye injury I suffered at Seth Rollins’ hands,” said Mysterio. “There’s no doctor on this earth that will stop me from protecting my son.”

Mysterio said he’ll be in Dominik’s corner at WWE SummerSlam. Dominik said he knows what he has to do to defend their family, so he’ll be ready for Rollins. The Mysertios stood united, and Rollins appeared on the video screen to send them a message. Rollins called Rey selfish for putting Dominik in danger and questioned him as a father. “You could have prevented this from the get-go,” said Rollins. “If you just accepted your role in the greater good.”

Rollins said the Mysterio name itself, and the legacy behind it, will be sacrificed to the greater good. Mysterio dared Rollins to back up his words in person. The Monday Night Messiah laughed Rey off and told him to remember that he asked for this. Rollins and Murphy came to the ring, but Rey and Dominik left the ring. Dominik snuck into the ring behind the duo and attacked them with kendo sticks. Rey and Dominik brutally beat Rollins with kendo sticks. Rollins escaped and left Murphy to take a beating until he, too, escaped.
