During Saturday’s Sengoku Lord event, New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that they will return to Jingu Stadium for the first time in 21 years. The outdoor arena will host Summer Struggle in Jingu on August 29th. The show will be the culmination of a Summer Struggle tour that will begin on July 26th.
The last time NJPW was in Jingu was Jingu Climax in 1999. The Great Muta defeated The Great Nita in an exploding ring deathmatch.
