Jeff Hardy Beats Baron Corbin, Pays Tribute To Undertaker

Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was partially dedicated to The Undertaker, and after disrespecting him early in the night, Baron Corbin took to the ring against Jeff Hardy, where Hardy got revenge on behalf of the legendary WWE superstar.

Earlier tonight, Corbin came out after SmackDown had re-aired the Boneyard Match that saw The Undertaker and AJ Styles go at it, saying that The Undertaker should have quit a long time ago. Hardy took offense to that, attacking Corbin and challenging him to a match. During the match, Hardy was able to come away with the win after Corbin was disracted thanks to various superstars being at ringside for the match, which allowed Hardy to land a Swanton for the win. Following the match, Corbin attacked Hardy, but was quickly ambushed by Kofi Kingston, Braun Strowman, and Matt Riddle, all of whom took turns taking down Corbin before Hardy saluted The Undertaker with a pose in the middle of the ring.

For a recap of how the match ended, check out below:

Hardy falls out of the ring. Corbin mocks Taker again. After the break, members of the SmackDown locker room are at ringside to watch the match. Corbin continues his assault on Hardy. Hardy fires up. Corbin counters the Twist of Fate. Hardy runs right into deep-six. Hardy kicks out. After a distraction, Hardy hits a Swanton for the win.

After the match, Corbin attacks Hardy. Kingston makes the save. Hardy tells Strowman to come gets some. Strowman Power Slams Corbin. Riddle crushes Corbin with the Floating Bro. Hardy drops to one knee and does the Undertaker pose.
