CHIKARA Postpones ‘Cibernetico’ Event, Wrestle Factory Halts Training For 14 Days

Wrestling events across all promotions are in uncharted waters COVID-19. Recently, the CDC updated its guidance for containing the Coronavirus and have advised that for the next eight weeks, there be no gatherings of 50 people or more. The fun-loving promotion, CHIKARA has announced that their March 28th event, Cibernetico has been postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

In addition, they’re training facility, The Wrestle Factory, announced last night that it would be suspending all training sessions for 14 days. 14 days is becoming the standard quarantine time during the uncertainty of this outbreak. However, Mike Quackenbush will host a special Booking seminar held via live stream.

Even WWE is not exempt from these shake-ups. WrestleMania 36 will take place from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida with no live audience in attendance. Learn more about that at this link.
