Matt Hardy: I Didn’t Block WWE From Using ‘Twist Of Fate’

Jeff Hardy made his long-awaited return to the world of wrestling yesterday on SmackDown, and during his match, performed a move that many fans know as the “Twist of Fate.” However, the move was referred to at the time as the “Twist of Fury,” leading many to wonder if the move had been trademarked.

Taking to social media, Matt Hardy denied any notion of that, telling a fan that he did not trademark the name at all. According to Hardy, his brother and WWE were and are “completely free” to use the name “Twist of Fate,” and that he would never do anything to hinder his brother. Perhaps the rebranding comes as part of a potential storyline surrounding Jeff, or perhaps the superstar just wanted to put a twist on the popular move.
