Street Profits Win RAW Tag Team Titles With Help From Kevin Owens

This week on WWE RAW, the Street Profits faced Seth Rollins and Murphy for the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship in a “Now or Never” match. Because the Street Profits lost to Rollins and Murphy at WWE Super ShowDown, this match marked their last chance to challenge the champions. Before the match, Montez Ford said he can Angelo Dawkins have been working for years to get this opportunity. Rollins and Murphy got the upper hand on the Street Profits early on; they caught him during a dive to the outside and slammed him into the barricade. Dawkins tried fighting the champions himself but the champions maintained control. They powerbombed Dawkins off the second rope. The Authors of Pain watched the match from the stage.

The champions continued to dominate Dawkins. He rallied and separately slammed Rollins and Murphy onto the floor. Ford tagged in and dove onto the champions. He hit both men with a crossbody and dropped Rollins with a DDT. Dawkins broke up the pin after a Buckle Bomb/kick combination. Murphy and Rollins drove Dawkins shoulder-first into the ring post. Ford countered the same combination from before and Murphy accidentally kicked Rollins. Ford rocked Rollins with a kick but Rollins sent him crashing to the outside. Rollins signaled for the Authors of Pain to attack Ford, but the referee ejected them from ringside.

In all the commotion, Kevin Owens dropped Rollins with a Stunner. Ford hit Rollins with a Frog Splash for the win. The Street Profits won the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship.

Backstage, Rollins said he’s demanding a rematch for the titles at WWE Elimination Chamber. The Monday Night Messiah said he will “crucify” Owens.
