Crooked Ref Helps Randy Orton Defeat Kevin Owens, Gets A Stunner & Goes Through A Table

This week on WWE Monday Night RAW, Randy Orton opened the show. He apologized for his “unbalanced” emotions and said nobody could understand why he attacked Edge. But he apologized again. Kevin Owens interrupted Orton and said he has an issue with him. Owens asked Orton to explain why he attacked Edge. Orton refused to answer but Owens kept pushing. He said he looked up to Edge, and criticized Orton for putting him back on the shelf.

Orton said Owens and Edge think they know him. Owens challenged Orton to a fight, and Orton accepted. But the Viper left the ring, so the two men faced off in the main event. Owens took the fight to Orton early on, and Orton rolled out of the ring. Owens hit a Cannonball against the barricade. Seth Rollins and his disciples came to the stage. The distraction allowed Orton to take control of the match. The Viper grounded Owens while Rollins and his crew surrounded the ring. The Viking Raiders and the Street Profits brawled with Rollins’ allies.

Owens hit a diving senton bomb, but Rollins distracted Owens. Orton regained control and hit Owens with a spike DDT. The referee rang the bellafter a fast count. He then checked on Rollins at ringside. Rollins tossed Orton two chairs, hoping he would attack Owens. Owens grabbed one of the chairs and stared Orton down. The referee grabbed the chair from Owens, who ripped the shirt off to reveal a Monday Night Messiah shirt.

Owens dropped the referee with a stunner. He then powerbombed the referee through a table.
