Cain Velasquez is far from done with the squared circle.
Wrestling Inc. is reporting that the former UFC Heavyweight Champion has resumed some of his training at the WWE Performance Center since getting his knee scoped. Velasquez is said to be feeling completely healthy and will be working at the PC for the next two weeks.
Wrestling fans last saw Velasquez compete against Brock Lesnar at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia back in October. Cain lost to Lesnar in under a minute and a half at the show but word is that he’s “getting in his reps” to prepare for his next match.
Velasquez also competed on AAA Lucha Libre’s TripleMania card back in August 2019 in which he tagged with Psycho Clown and AEW’s very own Cody Rhodes.
