NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship: Nick Aldis (c) vs. Flip Gordon
Gordon hits Aldis with a flurry of strikes. A dropkick sends Aldis to the outside but Gordon follows him. He tries suplexing Aldis onto the commentator’s desk but the champion reverses. Aldis takes Gordon to the mat but Gordon turns him around and grounds him. Gordon maintains the upper hand but Aldis counters the Star-Spangled Stunner and heads to the outside. The referee stops Gordon from diving to the outside. Gordon dives over the referee and onto Aldis. Gordon locks in an armbar but Aldis powers out of it and slams Gordon. Aldis hits a fallaway slam and nails another one off the top rope. The champion catches Gordon and suplexes him. Aldis puts Gordon in a Figure-Four but Gordon reverses the pressure. Aldis reches the ropes to break the hold.
The challenger rocks Aldis with a kick in the face and nails him with a springboard spear. A European uppercut and stiff kick to the back, along with a moonsault, earn Gordon a near fall. Aldis crotches Gordon on the top rope but the challenger reverses a superplex. Aldis hits a Tombstone Piledriver and a diving elbow drop for a near fall. A Pele kick stuns Aldis, and lets Gordon lock in a crossface. Aldis reaches the ropes. Aldis trips Gordon but the challenger reverses the Cloverleaf and rocks Aldis with a superkick. Two Star-Spangled Stunners earn Gordon a near fall. Aldis counters Gordon and manages to roll Gordon up for the win.
