Baron Corbin Agrees To Face Roman Reigns At Royal Rumble, Robert Roode Returns

Tonight’s SmackDown came to an end in chaotic fashion, as a match between The Usos and Dolph Ziggler & Baron Corbin was ended in a disqualification thanks to some interference from Roman Reigns. After Reigns came out to talk with The Usos prior to the match, he once again came out to help them after The Revival attempted to interfere in things. However, after knocking Baron Corbin down with a spear outside of the ring, the match was called off.

After taking down Corbin, Reigns continued to assault Corbin, looking to put him through the announcers table. However, Robert Roode – who had been away from the WWE after failing a drug test – made a shocking return to the world of WWE, taking down Reigns and helping to drive away The Usos. From there, Ziggler, Corbin, and Roode proceeded to assault Reigns, putting him through the announcers table and burying him in the rubble.
