ROH World Television Championship: Shane Taylor (c) vs. Danhausen (ROH The Experience)
Soldiers of Savagery accompany Taylor to the ring. Before the match, the Ohio native says he’s been the man in Ring of Honor during his championship reign. During Danhausen’s entrance, he cuts a promo and vows to win the title. Taylor initially refuses to shake Danhausen’s hand but he then shakes it. Taylor gives the challenger a chance to leave but he refuses. Danhausen tries to lift Taylor but the champion tosses him aside. None of Danhausen’s offense works but he sends Taylor to the outside. A few stiff kick rocks Taylor but the champion powerbombs Danhausen on the apron. Dak Draper comes to the stage to watch the match; he’s Taylor’s #1 contender.
A stiff right hand drops Danhausen and the champion tosses him across the ring. Danhausen hits a tornado DDT for a two count. Danhausen dumps teeth into Taylor’s mouth and gets a near fall with a thunderous kick. A nasty knee to the head and a package piledriver return the momentum to Taylor. Taylor drops Danhausen with Welcome to the Land for the win.
