Action continues in the commercial break with Io continuing to be tan the battered LeRae. A roll-up attempt earned Candice a 2. Io would get at near fall of her own with an inverted emerald flowsion. Candace would attempt an octopus stretch and both women would collide on a double cross body taking us back from commercial.

Candice would get a near fall on a tornado DDT. Candice would miss an avalanche neckbreaker attempt, Io would miss her moonsault. Shirai would make it to the ropes during a submission attempt. However, she would only get how to count on a roll up attempt.

Io would win the match after Candice would accidentally hit the steel chair on a springboard moonsault attempt. WINNER: Io Shirai Post-match – Rhea Ripley saved Candice from a further attack. Up next: Finn Balor explains his actions!

Finn Balor cut a promo essentially bashing the fact that he had to lay down for The Fiend at SummerSlam and then said that there are too many people in the locker room that should be in the audience instead. He said he doesn’t watch wrestling , wrestling watches him. Then he said if Johnny wants to go back to the hospital, he will gladly put him back there. Great short promo.

A Kabuki Warriors promo set to Babymetal’s Karate airs.

Shane Thorne vs. Bronson Reed

During the match, a wild chopping exchange occurred to a massive pop. Both Australian talents delivered strong offense with Reed getting a 2 count with a variation of Barretta’s finisher, a sit-out Air-Raid Crash.

In a display of his athleticism, Bronson would dodge Thorne with a catapult evasion into a German Suplex. Reed will win the match with a splash from the top rope.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles: Kabuki Warriors vs. Team Kick

Asuka starts off locking up with Nox.  Asuka drops Nox with a kick & tags Sane. Sane and Nox trade strong strikes in the center of the ring. Sane and Nox end up on the floor and Nox gets sent into the steel stairs sending us to commercial.

Later in the match, Asuka was working over the leg of Dakota. Eventually, Dakota would get the tag to Nox who had a brief flurry which included a chokeslam before getting caught in a kneebar. The kneebar would be countered into an armbar by Nox and then it would break down as all four women would enter the ring and be laid out shortly thereafter. Asuka would spray the poison mist into the eyes of Dakota and Kairi sane would win the match with an elbow drop to the back of Kai.

WINNER AND STILL CHAMPIONS: The Kabuki Warriors

After the match, The MMA Horsewomen hit the ring to try to take advantage of the fallen Team Kick, but Rhea Ripley is out for the save who gets attacked by Io Shirai who would get attacked by Candice LeRae and Bianca Belair would also join the fray.

All out bedlam would ensue only to be stopped by general manager William Regal who would announce set the first-ever women’s War Games match will take place at the next TakeOver.

Back from break, the commentary team would recap the events of the segment beforehand and Tyler Bate would make his way to the ring.

Tyler Bate vs Cameron Grimes

Back and forth to start. Grimes takes Bate down. Bate hits a dropkick. Grimes hits the floor.

Bate with European uppercuts and a big dropkick. More back and forth now. Bate with European uppercuts and a big dropkick. Late in the match, Bate clotheslines Grimes to the floor. A rolling kick sends Grimes to the floor. A suicide dive takes out Grimes. Killian Dain is shown distracting Bate. Grimes takes advantage of the distraction and Cave In Mushroom Stomp for the pin to win.

WINNER: Cameron Grimes

Cathy Kelley would announce that Rhea Ripley and Shayna Baszler are the captains for their respective NXT teams.

Matt Riddle and Keith Lee vs. Undisputed ERA

The match started off with both heels in the ring trying to get the better of Keith as the referee seemingly allowed the breaking of the rules. The babyfaces would get the advantage with a few Mongolian chops from Lee and a jackhammer from Riddle to take us to commercial.

A picture in picture commercial break, Keith Lee maintained dominance throughout the entirety of the break. A tag to Matt would lead to a striking exchange between him and Bobby. The numbers game and some cheap shots gave the tag team champions the advantage.

Later in the match, Riddle utilizes a Sleeper hold but Fish gets out of it.

NXT Champion Adam Cole and NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong run down and hit the apron now but Riddle knocks them off. The numbers game was too much for Riddle and Lee and Undisputed ERA hit Total Elimination for the win.

WINNER: The Undisputed ERA

After the match, Ciampa hit the ring to even the sides with Lee and Riddle. To end the show, Ciampa said “Goldie, we’re gonna have to wait. Daddy’s going to war.”
