WWE Draft

Tentative Dates Surface For Next Scheduled WWE Draft

WWE is preparing for its next draft to the point where they have tentative dates set.

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter last week that the company was in the process of planning another draft to create distinct rosters for RAW and SmackDown.

Fast forward, POST Wrestling is reporting that the draft is scheduled to take place next month over two episodes. As of this writing, its set to start on Friday, October 11th during the SmackDown episode in Las Vegas, which marks the second episode on FOX and the post-Hell in a Cell show for the blue brand.

The draft would continue the following Monday on RAW in Denver, Colorado on October 14th.

Ever since the Superstar Shakeup in April, the rosters have not been distinct with the addition of the Wild Card rule. As a result, stars from each brand have been shuffled back-and-forth on both shows.
