Hobbs & Shaw Has Big Opening Weekend
The latest entry to the world of the “Fast & Furious” franchise – “Hobbs & Shaw” – had itself a great launch, with Variety reporting that the film landed at the number one spot at the domestic box office. According to the report, early projections give the film about $60 million at opening weekend, which is low for the franchise, but good enough for the biggest opening for a domestic film this year outside of Marvel and Disney.
