Update On IMPACT & AXS TV’s Negotiations
As reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, IMPACT parent company Anthem is still deep in talks with AXS TV regarding the future of both the promotion’s broadcasts and the TV network. While there were some talks about Anthem purchasing AXS TV at some point in the negotiations, that has also gone back and forth. As of now, because of NDAs on both sides, it’s unclear where the talks are at, but we do know that they’re ongoing as of now.

El Hijo del Fantasma Reportedly Signing With WWE
Jorge Alcantar, 35, better known as El Hijo del Fantasma as well as King Cuerno from Lucha Underground, is reportedly coming to WWE. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Fantasma will start in the September camp. WWE has wanted the talent on their roster for years because of his work and his perfect English skills. However, because of his long Lucha Underground contract, he’s only just now getting called to Stanford, Connecticut.
