To prepare for their mixed tag team match at WWE Extreme Rules, Universal Champion Seth Rollins and RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch teamed up to face Andrade and Zelina Vega in an elimination match to kick off RAW this week. The champions defeated Vega and Andrade to earn some momentum heading into Extreme Rules. After the match, Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans attacked Lynch and Rollins.

Vega took the fight to Lynch but the champion gained control. Andrade tagged in and squared off with the Universal Champion. Rollins and Andrade matched each other step for step. Lynch tagged back in and dominated Vega before locking her in the Disarm-Her. Vega tapped out and she was eliminated from the match. Lacey Evans appeared at ringside and Lynch briefly brawled with her. The match turned into a singles bout between Rollins and Andrade. Lynch fought Vega at ringside and Andrade accidentally trucked into her. Rollins caught Vega and double-teamed her with Lynch. In the end, Rollins hit a Curb Stomp for the win.
