One of the most surprising moments on RAW was that the NXT tag team champions The Street Profits were on the show. While they didn’t wrestle, they appeared several times in backstage segments throughout the episode. The latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscription required) gives more details on the appearance.
The reason why they were on RAW is that Heyman wanted some fresh talent to debut to mark his run as Executive Director. However, they aren’t officially RAW talents just yet. They’ll continue to work NXT house shows for now and will also work RAW television.
So, while a full call-up seems inevitable, it hasn’t happened just yet.
