WWE Super Showdown Results: Undertaker vs Goldberg, Roman Reigns vs Shane McMahon, Rollins Prevents Brock From Cashing In

Randy Orton vs. Triple H 

Orton and Triple H go back and forth trying to one-up each other with armlocks, then Orton finally knocks HHH down by punching him in the face. Orton stomps him and charges the corner, but HHH counters and goes back to attacking Orton’s left arm. They head outside and HHH slams Orton’s shoulder into the ring post, then Orton backdrops him on the commentary table and follows up by whipping him into the ring steps. Orton rolls him back inside the ring and starts stomping HHH’s left arm, then he applies a side headlock but HHH fights to his feet. Orton works to keep him grounded, but HHH finally makes a comeback and knocks Orton down before attempting a Pedigree. Orton blocks it and slingshots him into the turnbuckles, but HHH spins and hits a diving clothesline for two. HHH tries to go on the attack but Orton backdrops him and sets up for a hangman’s DDT on the apron, then dropkicks HHH after the DDT gets blocked.

HHH mounts a brief comeback before telling Orton he’s got two words for him, but ends up running right into a powerslam and Orton sets him up and connects with the hangman’s DDT. Orton is slow to get up and holds his left shoulder, but he goes to ‘that place’… and gets stopped short as HHH hits a spinebuster. Orton fights out of a side headlock, then they trade off on finisher attempts before Orton rolls through a pin attempt and hits a RKO for two. Orton goes for the punt kick but Triple H blocks it by grabbing his foot, then HHH connects with a Pedigree and gets a two count that wakes up the crowd. Both men make their way to the commentary table and Orton tries to backdrop him through it, but HHH slams him on top of it and follows up with three consecutive scoop slams on the table. He rolls Orton back in the ring and follows, and Orton hits a RKO (outta nowhere) to pick up the win.

Winner – Randy Orton

After a recap of R-Truth regaining the 24/7 Championship on an airplane, Baron Corbin is seen venting to Byron Saxton about the referee ruining his chances at winning the Universal Championship. Corbin continues to complain and says he won’t stand for it.

Bobby Lashley vs. Braun Strowman 

Lashley and Braun try to overpower each other, then they call for a test of strength and Lashley ends up choking Braun on the ropes. Braun mounts a comeback after they head outside, and Braun charges around the ring and tackles Lashley before hitting a corner splash back in the ring. Braun hits a powerslam for two, then Lashley makes a comeback and tries to head up top, but Braun drops him with two more powerslams for the win.

Winner – Braun Strowman
