Alexa Bliss hosted a special segment of A Moment Of Bliss during tonight’s SmackDown Live, inviting the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley to the show, where she proceeded to take shots at the champion for not truly deserving the belt.

Although Bayley described how hard she worked and how long it took her to get to the moment of her Money in the Bank championship victory, it seemed as if Bliss had no intention of caring, instead bragging about how she was a two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, and how when she was wearing the belt, it meant something.
After the two got into it, Carmella and Charlotte Flair made their way to the ring, where Flair announced that there would be a triple threat match between her, Carmella, and Alexa Bliss to determine who would be facing Bayely at Stomping Grounds for the championship.

During an extremely hard-fought match, it was Alexa Bliss who was able to come away with a victory, thanks in part to some disruption from Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, who distracted Carmella long enough to let Alexa Bliss land a devastating DDT onto Carmella to become the next contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
