The commentators preview State of the Art and recap the Briscoes’ match with the Guerrillas of Destiny.
Silas Young comes to the ring with a young man behind him. Young introduces him as Baxter Bellafonte, a Milwaukee native. Young says they’re going to put on a wrestling exhibition. He calls Bobby Cruz into the ring so he can hold the mic. Young locks in a few holds on Bellafonte and pulls his hair. He also uses a fish hook to demonstrate some rules of the ring. Yonng hits a low blow so Bellafonte can have a learning experience.

Kenny King vs. Jay Lethal
King and Lethal shake hands. King matches Lethal’s every step before exiting the ring. He takes Lethal down with a shoulder tackle and counters to counter the former champion at every turn. King chops Lethal but gets hit with a dropkick to the back. King catches a diving Lethal and drives him into the ring post. He tosses Lethal into the barricade. King grounds Lethal with a chin lock and transitions into another hold.
Lethal can’t maintain any momentum because King keeps countering him. King pokes Lethal in the eye but the former champion starts to rally. A springboard dropkick knocks Lethal off the apron but a DDT plants King on his head. Both men exchange punches and Lethal chops King. Lethal hits a springboard dropkick and a suicide dive. The former champion nails an elbow drop for a near fall. King almost gets the win with a Blue Thunder Bomb but Lethal kicks out. Lethal counters the Royal Flush but King low blows him and pins the former champion after hitting Lethal Injection.
Winner: Kenny King
