Dustin Rhodes Gets ‘Banned’ From Nine Line Apparel Factory, Mark Henry & JR Are On The Same Pigskin Page

Dustin Rhodes Gets ‘Banned’ From Nine Line Apparel Factory

Dustin Rhodes may be months removed from his Goldust persona, but that doesn’t mean some of the dust doesn’t remain. The Natural claims the inked handprints on the tees he’s trying to produce is who he is as he tries to prove his meddle at the Nine Line Apparel warehouse, the company that makes his merch. You can see Dustin’s struggles in the video below:

Here at Nine Line, we get a lot of job applicants who are…post-career… you know? Sometimes things just don’t work out, but it still usually makes for an entertaining anecdote. The story of our newest attempted hire in the screen printing department has been especially…interesting to say the least. We have been toying with the idea of using gold ink in the printing process, so we thought that WWE wrestler Dustin Rhodes aka Goldust, could give us some valuable insight. Things just didn’t work out quite according to plan.

Before his attempted career change to screen printing professional at the age of 50, Dustin Rhodes burst onto the scene in the nineties. He made his WWE debut on October 22, 1995 covered in gold face paint and exhibiting a one-of-a- kind flamboyant style that bewildered his foes and thrilled his fans. Inside the ring, Dustin, formally known as Goldust, is as tough as they come, known for using outrageous mind games and taking down his opponents with unparalleled ruthlessness. It’s no surprise, then, that wrestling is in his blood; Dustin Rhodes is the son of Dusty Rhodes, “The American Dream.”

While his WWE career was more successful than his screen printing career thus far, we can’t hold it against him. It’s just a part of Dustin Rhodes, WWE wrestler extraordinaire.

Mark Henry & JR Are On The Same Pigskin Page

It was announced that former Oklahoma Football Head Coach Bob Stoops would helming the head coaching duties for Dallas’ XFL squad and such alignments caught the eye of WWE Hall of Famer and Texas Longhorn man, Mark Henry. Jim Ross, a proud Boomer Sooner of OU, was all in on the hiring and Henry couldn’t help but be in the same boat as his university rival. JR took to Twitter to tease the World’s Strongest Man on the co-signing.
