According to a recent report from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one of the reasons for the changes lately on WWE television is because they feel pressure from their TV networks to improve the dwindling ratings. It’s no secret that the viewership hasn’t been great in recent weeks, mainly due to the nature of the programming. They supposedly want to add as much star power as they possibly can to each show, without actually bringing the brand split to an end – and with that in mind, it’ll be interesting to see how they book things from this point on.
