Charlotte Flair vs. Becky Lynch Set For WWE Money In The Bank

Charlotte Flair promised to address Becky Lynch on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown Live, and she did just that, coming out to discuss their match at WrestleMania 35. According to Flair, the match at WrestleMania 35 was unfair to her thanks to how Lynch win. With Lynch winning both WWE Women’s Championships by pinning Rousey, Flair argued that since Lynch didn’t beat her, the win is more hollow.

Of course, Lynch quickly followed Flair out, and was quick to take her shots at Flair, arguing that Lynch already knew she could take down Flair. “I wanted to see if I could beat Ronda Rousey, because I already knew I could beat Charlotte Flair,” Lynch said. As the two argued in the ring, Flair told Lynch that she had nothing to lose, and wanted another chance at the title. Lynch told Flair that she didn’t deserve another chance, and asked for newer challenges from the WWE universe. “You are the web that management will not untangle me from,” Lynch said as she demanded new challenges, with one coming in the form of Bayley.

As Bayley made her way to the ring, she quickly began going at Becky Lynch, telling Lynch that she hadn’t beaten Bayley ever, and that she wanted a shot at the Women’s Championships. From there, she challenged Flair to a match, with the winner earning a future shot at Becky Lynch and the title.

Despite Bayley talking a big game and putting up a great fight, it was Charlotte Flair who once again earned another title shot, taking Bayley down with a vicious spear. With her victory, Flair will be taking on Lynch for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank.
