It was revealed yesterday that long time NWA World Women’s Champion Jazz had to vacate her belt, ending her 900+ day reign as the steady title defender, and now we have an update from the former champion herself. Jazz took to Twitter to address the situation, citing personal and medical reasons as to why she had to give her cherished title up.
Due to medical and personal issues in my life at this time. I’m having to turn the belt over without defending it. I will post again soon… Thanks for your support

Jazz’s reign as champion has certainly been under-the-radar impressive and now two new women will compete to keep up the tradition with one of those hopefuls being Allysin Kay, who was set to go against Jazz for the belt at The Crockett Cup. Now with that situation shifting, Kay will face another worthy contender to capture the now vacated title on April 27 in Concord, NC.
