TMZ Sports has shared photos of Ronda Rousey sporting a dark blue cast on her right hand after it was reported by Dave Meltzer that she severely broke her hand in her WrestleMania 35 match against Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.
Fightful previously reported that Rousey was scheduled to have hand surgery early this week and these new photos certainly indicate that she indeed went through the procedure. TMZ details the photos by saying the pictures were taken as she walked into a taping of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” and this corroborates with Fightful’s report that some scheduled TV appearances could delay the surgery a bit, but Rousey managed to squeeze the surgery in before this said appearance.
Rousey’s on-air time with WWE was scheduled to be finished after WrestleMania and “The Baddest Woman On The Planet” has stuck to her guns, expressing that she wanted to start a family with husband Travis Browne.
