“Expecting the unexpected” has been the norm for WWE programming as of late and last night’s SmackDown’s followed suit. Charlotte Flair defeated Asuka in an impromptu WWE SmackDown Women’s Title match to become an eight-time women’s champion. Flair certainly has a history with Asuka considering the two faced one another at last year’s WrestleMania in New Orleans and Charlotte took to Twitter to give some love to Asuka after her submission victory, calling the Empress the most talented women she’s ever shared the ring with.

Asuka has yet to respond (except she did Tweet out “over” after her loss), but Becky Lynch caught wind of Charlotte’s chirping. “The Man” wasn’t a fan of the new champ’s Orwellian speak:
