Flip Gordon Re-Injures Knee, Out Up To Six Months

Despite being cleared to compete earlier this month, Flip Gordon wound up coming back prematurely. After competing in a match for Over the Top Wrestling, Gordon re-injured his knee and said that it “locked up.”

According to Gordon’s physician, it looks like the athlete suffered a meniscus tear. While it’s not yet confirmed, this would require surgery and keep him out of action for the next six months. Ring of Honor has announced that Gordon is out of his scheduled match at Road to G1 Supercard, although he’ll still appear at the Festival of Honor event to sign autographs.
