Cain Velasquez Signs With AAA
Two-time UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez has signed with AAA. Velasquez was introduced as the Mexican wrestling promotion’s latest signee at the Triplemanía press conference in Mexico City earlier today, per Luchablog. Velasquez will be appearing at the Triplemanía XXVII event on August 3rd at Arena Ciudad in Mexico City.
After being revealed as AAA’s latest competitor, Velasquez was called out and challenged to a match by the likes of Psycho Clown, Texano, and Pentagon Jr.

Velasquez has shown a strong interest in professional wrestling as of late. He even did some training at the WWE Performance Center last year. As his MMA career winds down, perhaps fans will see him transition into a career in the squared circle soon.

Paul Heyman Wants Credit For Predicting Charlotte Flair Would Headline WrestleMania
It has been announced that Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey will headline WrestleMania 35 next month. Heyman predicted back in 2017 that Flair would be a part of such a historic bout. Now, in a recent Tweet, he’s seeking the credit for it:
