WWE posted the following statement, confirming Tye Dillinger (Ron Arneill) has been released from the company:
WWE has come to terms on the release of Ron Arneill (Tye Dillinger).
Dillinger requested his release on Tuesday morning, and announced he did so in a Twitter post to set things straight before rumors were spread. The ’10’ said the move was difficult, but it was the best move for him. Dillinger worked for WWE at different periods, first from 2006-08 in their developmental territory and ECW as Gavin Spears, and under his current ring name with NXT and SmackDown Live since 2013.
