WWE has been fleshing out their backstage personnel lately, and that includes some big name hires like Abyss, Shane Helms, Jeff Jarrett, and Sonjay Dutt. The company caught up with all of their new hires in a new video.
One of the most shocking hirings was Chris Parks, better known as TNA star Abyss. “It’s a life-long dream come true,” said Abyss. “It’s something I dreamt of during my entire 24-year in-ring career to end up with the best, and now I’m with the best in WWE.”
Shane Helms was equally as ecstatic. “Few people ever end up where they think they’re going to be,” said Helms. “The fact that I made a character like Hurricane stand the test of time, if I can make just one WWE star follow in that mold then my job will be well done.”
