Bray Wyatt has not been seen on WWE television since last summer, but according to Mike Johnson of PW Insider, Wyatt is ‘very close’ to an in-ring return and the hopes are that he will be medically cleared by WWE for a full time in-ring return ‘very soon.’ Wyatt made a brief return against Baron Corbin, for a WWE Live event in Columbus, Ohio this past December. The appearance led many to believe Wyatt was close to returning to WWE television, but Wyatt has remained off TV. He also spent some of his time away from the ring posting cryptic messages on social media, which hinted at a possible change in creative direction; but, nothing official has been revealed yet.
Mike Johnson also reports that a couple of NXT‘s biggest female Superstars will be making their way up to the main roster for SmackDown‘s March live show loops. Johnson confirms that both Candice LeRae and Kairi Sane will work SmackDown Live shows in the month of March. Both Sane and LeRae were entrants in this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match. Sane teamed up with Natalya to eliminate Riott Squad member Sarah Logan from the match. Both women were eliminated by Riott Squad leader Ruby Riott, so while nothing is official just yet, could we see Sane & LeRae team up against The Riott Squad? Sound off in the comments section below.
