Ric Flair was a special guest on tonight’s episode of NFL Total Access, and said the Los Angeles Rams will be hoisting the Lombardi Trophy after Super Bowl 53.
Flair, who had been hanging out with Migos and Offset in Atlanta for this week’s festivities, was a guest on the show to talk about being a celebrity Rams fan. Flair talked about being a longtime Rams fan dating back many years, and his own history playing football. Ric praised Rams running back Todd Gurley and talked about their relationship going back to playing at the University of Georgia.
When asked about his Figure Four leglock, Ric joke that “he never beat anybody with it anyway, that was just to get the crowd excited.” Flair also promoted his Super Bowl themed RicFlairShop.com shirts, including the ‘Wooooo-per Bowl’ shirt and ‘Ric Flair Still Has 11 More Championships Than Tom Brady’ shirt.
Flair called Brady a great guy and the G.O.A.T., but said everyone’s got to pass the torch and Sunday would not be an exception. He said the only difference was Brady won’t pass the torch, because Jared Goff is going to take it from him.
Flair made his Super Bowl prediction on the segment, and said the final score would be 35-28 Rams. Check out the full segment below:
