The rapid changes of Monday Night RAW continue to pile up as Bobby Lashley won the WWE Intercontinental Championship for the first time in his WWE tenure.
Lashley played a hand in costing Seth Rollins his chance at the Intercontinental title last week, destroying him senselessly after Dean Ambrose retained his title. Now with all three having issues with one another, a Triple Threat was made as Dean defended his title for a fourth week in a row. Lashley would dominate early as Rollins and Ambrose had trouble putting their differences aside. Lio Rush would also interfere at multiple points of the match, irritating Rollins with his agility.

Ambrose and Rollins would team up at a certain point to eliminate Lashley in the middle of the match so they could battle it out. Rush would pay dividends again saving Lashley from defeat as he stalled enough time for Lashley to recover and deal with Rollins and Ambrose. With Ambrose distracted from Rush one last time, Lashley would deliver a Spear to win the title for the first time.
